And we know now they do not dethrone dictators, pulverize weapons stocks, or deter aggression. And when peaceful solutions have failed, we must make the terrible decision to engage these regimes head on. Entering into agreements with that murderous dwarf in Pyongyang is certainly not the way to go. The only way to have security with North Korea is by toppling this regime and liberate its people. Peaceful solutions were tried. And we know now they do not dethrone dictators, pulverize weapons stocks, or deter aggression.
And when peaceful solutions have failed, we must make the terrible decision to engage these regimes head on.
