Georgia releases Russian "spies" and Russia could be using psychiatry against political dissidents

Crisis between Russia and Georgia continues. From BBC:
Four Russian officers arrested as spies in Georgia in the worst row between the countries in years have returned to Moscow after being released.

Windows Live Writer update
