"Why do you hate Spain, Zapatero?"
"Spain does not deserve a ZP Government"
WE want all the truth of March 11th now!"
We want all the truth about your agreement with ETA.
Genova St. panoramic view
"The terrorist and the president… both of them laugh. All tyrans hugged as brothers. There you have them".
Miguel Angle Blanco's sister during her speech. This lady below carries the portrait of M. A. Blanco, PP councilman in Ermua, a village in the Basque Country, whose kidnapping and murder -hancuffed, with a shot in the back of the head- raised a claim in Spain -and the rest of the world- to make ETA give up the weapons. Of course, this thing did not happen.
An assistant wears a T-shirt with a portrait which mixes Osama bin Laden and Mr. Zapatero and has written in it: "No to war", in reference to the position of Zapatero about Iraqi war.
Two of the speeches were very important from my point of view:
Javier Gismero, a retired Army officer, hurt in the March 11th attacks, nearly deaf as a result, unable to continue his job and released from the service, who asked for an investigation of the attacks. He recalled the attacks and how the bad instructed summary was not letting all the victims of the attacks to go on their lives, as they do not know who were the culprits.
Teresa Giménez Becerril, the sister of Alberto Giménez Becerril, PP councilman killed by ETA, and his wife. In her speech, after claiming no one was going to silence her, said that her mother had taken care of the 3 sons of his brother, who were 9, 7 and 3 when the murder and shouted afterwards "Eta has not triumphed over my mother!". She also said: "Zapatero, explain those children why you are satisfying their parents' murderers!" and reminded about the three flowers, stained with the blood of her brother and sister-in-law, which were found below their dead bodies, comparing them with the flowers, some leftist artists have given people to reclaim the peace with ETA.
Alcaraz, the President of Terrorism Victims's Association, also gave a magnificent sppech, in which he expressed his gratitude (and of all the rest) with the Army and Police members for having done thier jobs, without complaining and with so many difficulties and deaths between them. He was very applauded during his speech, specially when he said "Not in my name, NOOOOOO!" This "NO" was like a hummer, who was echoed by a lot of the people who were in my surroundings. He also asked "What information ETA has that we, Spanish people, do not know, Mr Zapatero?". He was then ovationed. But the applause was even more important when he said "Zapatero has wasted more efforts in pursuing the AVT than in pursuing the terrorists".
We have to thank, ironically speaking, to the police helicopter, who was all the afternoon flying over our heads, with a monstrous noise, the lack of good sound we received.
The more shouted slogans were "Zapatero, resignation", "Zapatero, you're a liar", "Eta, murderers" and "We Want to know", in reference to the March 11th attacks.
Zapatero only said:
"The great majority of Spaniards know what it means tosubmit to the pain and horrors we have experienced and at what point itis worth making peace," he said.
Yes, we DO want peace, but not at ANY price, Mr Zapatero. You fled Iraq in one of the most unloyal and coward moves I have seen not only in Spanish history but in that of all the world, because "the Iraqi war was the cause of the attacks", when we know now that the attacks'preparation were at least began in August 2001, when even September 11 was not done. Now you are giving up with ETA. Do you know that the Canadian would-be terrorists wanted Canada to go from Afghanistan? Are you also going to run from there, making Spain -for twice- the fun of the world? -NOTE: I am not saying that he is actually going to do it, but that it would be the logical trend-.
Of course, he is now "regretting" that PP only insults him, and never has supported him. Look here, the political parties in a democracy do not have to support the other parties, but must be supporting their ideas and that of the citizens who have voted them. Or must we remind him about the dozens of demosntration in which people stole jams from the shops defending "pacifism" and against Iraqi war? Was that support for Aznar?

You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor and you will have war.
That's right…
Cadena Ser from EL PAIS group -leftist MSM-, made a poll the other day in which they asked: Do you think the position of Rajoy about the future interview between Batasuna and Zapatero is justified? This is the result:
Results:
Yes 83%. It has been a rushed action, but understandable: 2% Exaggerated 14%.
UPDATE: I have remembered that in a moment of the demonstration -I do not know which of the speakers- said Vice-President De La Vega had told the journalists she did not understood what the demonstration was for, as the terrorism has dissappeared from Spain. All the crowd booed and whistled.
UPDATE: I have posted more photos and recent statements here.

The estimation of the number of attendants by El Pais” is so funny. The day before the protest, this newspaper calculated that in the Plaza the Colón there was room for some 200 thousand people and published it in the morning. That is to say, “El País” knew the number of protesters long time before the protest. Moreover, when the Pope celebrated a mass in this Plaza, “El País” put the number of people who took communion up to a million, even though there were chairs in the plaza for the attendants to be sitting down, while yesterday the people were standing up.
I am one of the black pawns, member of the blog investigating the 11M2004. At June 10th my place was there at Plaza de Colón in Madrid.
Some dates of interest from the investigation of March 11th 2004.
29 of the 34 persons now in prison accusated for the attacks are informers or controlled subjects of the spanish police or secret services.
They are small drug-dealers and similars.
After reading the public documents of Judge Juan del Olmo preparing the trial one sees the huge ammount of false testimonies and faked prooves used to incriminate those guys.
The official version, Al-Queda or islamic radicals are authors of the Massaker is a giant hoax.
The Massaker was necessarily executed with the help of members of the spanish security services.
Putting this in context with the surrender of the spanish Government to the terrorists of ETA ,one has to think that ETA knows about the real authorship of the massaker and has prooves about it.
The truth is terrible , spanish politicians of the actual government and black sheep in the police , possibly with collaboration of ETA are the murderers of 192 innocent spanish subjects.
The prooves will come to light soon.
Who has benefited from the 11-M?
The socialist party, which won an election it wouldn’t have won by the normal means. Remember the street terrorism they were practising since two years before the elections, which culminated between the attacks and the day of the election. It is not only that demonstrators stole hams. There were also physical aggressions to people of the party in government at the time and harassment to people known to be militants or voters of the Peoples Party. So much for the pacificist.
The other winner of the elections of 14-M was ETA. We had the terrorists on the ropes and now they have become the leading force of Spain since Zapatero has put himself in the terrorists’ hands. How is it that a bunch of serial killers can dictate what judges should do or not do? How can they dictate the government what it has to do?
What does Zapatero have to hide? What does ETA know about him?
I attended the demo and was great. The banners express what all the demonstrators, an lots of people, are thinking, because it is becoming clearer and clearer as time goes by. You need only to think how things have been evolving from them on.
Why is Zapatero in a hurry to give ETA everything the terrorist gang has been demanding since it was founded? The gang is now putting pressure on the government. In the internal bulletin of April, the terrorists said Zapatero should give them all they were asking for if he wanted to stay in office. Have you seen this logo the terrorists’ newspaper published just a few days ago? This is a mixture of ETA’s logo, the ax and the serpent, and the Socialist Party’s logo, the fist with a rose. The new logo consists of a serpent curled around the rose. Lots of people in the demo carried banners with the new “logo”.
At the hearing of the Spanish Congress Committee on the Madrid bombings, President Zapatero said in his testimony(in an attempt to incriminate Aznar’s Government in the mismanagement of the Mach 11-13 crisis) that “all has been a massive hoax”.
The recent discoveries by media investigators that all pieces of evidence that led to the arrest of”islamic terrorists” were fabricated by PSOE-connected members of the Police(known as GAL), make us to realize that, in calling what happened in Spain in those days a “massive hoax”, Mr Zapatero was speaking for himself.
To Lupa
I highly appreciate the work of Luis del Pino and his bloggers. I haven’t missed even one episode of the of the 11-M Enigmas . The analysis of the judicial procedure is an eye opener. The sappers chief, Sánchez Manzano, trying to mislead the judge over the explosives is most revealing.
The episode about the Leganes suicided people is also telling. Who were they? What is crystal clear is that they were dead before being suicided.
The new series on the home minister’s lies is also a great job. The government is entangled in their own lies and doesn’t know how to get out of them. The PP representative asks him about 215 dark points and Rubalcaba comes out with a chain of lies, easily dismantled just reading the procedure.
Please keep up the good work. I comment it with all the people I know and they are not fooled any more. To tell the truth they had already realized there was some relation between the 11-M events and the surrender to ETA. It takes to be blind and deaf not to realize it.
The pictures shown in this website clearly prooves that there is a strong movement in Spain to support the victims.

You are right that Zapatero was speaking for himself. This is a Stalinist custom that the Socialist party is now practising. Remember that before the latest protest (of yesterday) the vice-Minister, Fernández de la Vega, said that the protesters’ aim was to delegitimize the government. This reminded me of when they were in the opposition and claimed that the Aznar government had no legitimacy because they were protesting in the street. And also when, in the aftermath of the Madrid bombings, they spread the rumour that the Peoples Party had tried to launch a coup, which was really what they were doing themselves.
Although that statement by Teresa Fernández is also a slip, which shows what the government itself thinks about its own legitimacy. They bear in mind that their legitimacy is so scarce that a demonstration can erase it.
Thanks to all for commenting it.
I do not have a lot of free time by now, though. But I am looking forward to read the March 11 bombings particulars, and to translate to English the most important part of them here and in other blogs.
That’s the only way to press for the truth to be known.

Spanish spine sighting…
I’ve wondered for a while how it must have felt to be a reasonable, non-cowardly Spaniard following the election in March 2004. Imagine if we held a presidential election in the days following September 11th, and Dennis Kucinich was elected. Unfortun….
Hello, Gormless Norman
Many thanks, Gormless Norman. You know not all of us Spaniards are cowards. The moron that now disgovern us won the election on an amound of corpses. He got 11 million vote and something (I don’t remember the exact figure). The Peoples Party got some 10 million votes. Under the circumstances, the PP’s voters were really brave. They weren’t fooled by the agit prop carried out by the terrorists’ accomplices now in office. To tell the truth, the agit prop had started two years before when they took to the streets in a long campaign of street terrorism. Perhaps you believe I am exaggerating because you weren’t here to see the atmosphere they created. The people who lived during the civil war was scared because the events reminded them of the old times, as did the people who know history.
Well, as I was saying, they were in a street terror campaign which culminated when the Madrid bombings took place. It was shameful to see how they were not blaming the perpetrators but the government.
Do you know who benefit from the bombings? The agitators, that is to say, the Socialist Party, and also the ETA terrorists, who were on the ropes at that time and are now calling the shots.
It feels bad not to be one of those cowards and to know what the matter is about. Although more and more people are relating the concessions to the ETA terrorists and the Madrid bombings. Not a month had passed after the bombings, when a newspaper published the first episode of the Black Holes of the 11-M, which was followed by more. Last year, a part of the judicial procedure was declassified. There are a group of people analysing it. It is full of contradictions and proofs that some members of the security forces lied to the judge, and also that the official version, spread by the party now in power, is plainly a fabrication.
As for the demo, it is not the first one against negotiating with terrorists. This was the third massive one since the socialists disgovern us. Yet this was the first one demanding the truth of the 11-M be known.
I think this is being too long and maybe complicated. Things are really very complicated here. I am proud to be a Spaniard but I would like to be an American, or better, I would like to be a Spaniard but that Spain was like the US in certain cases.
LE GUERRE CIVILI,
Muchas gracias, amigo italiano. ¿Puedes leer las contribuciones en inglés?

The Sane In Spain Are Finally Using Their Brain
In From Whimps To Chimps we highlighted the social and cultural death spiral the Socialist government, headed by Prime Minister Zapatero, has set Spain on:
Not in my name, Zapatero
Who said the Spanish are asleep?
She also said there was no point in calling for the protest since there was no terrorism any more. After that , ETA threatened France and some entrepreneurs. So she has come out with saying that they are still verifying the “truce”. Let’s remember how the verification affair has evolved.
1. The disgovernment says the truce is real. They ignored the terrorists committed some “soft” attacks on property and several people were wounded.
Entrepreneurs from Navarra denounced they have received extorsion letters from the gang and there is a discussion over the date of the letters. The entrepreneurs said the letters had been sent after the declaration of the truce. The government said it was before and put the blame on the post service for the “delay”. If the letters had been sent before the declaration of truce, why didn’t the terrorists say the entrepreneurs didn’t need to pay? At last, it was made clear that the letters had been sent after the declaration of the truce because the terrorists have to live on something, as the terrorists declared themselves.
2. As a consequence, the government says that the truce is in the process of verification.
3. It is known that, in its internal bulletin of April, the terrorist gang says that if Zapatero wants to last in office, he would need to meet the gang’s demands. Besides, the terrorists warned the government it has just a 24 day term left and published the cartoon with the serpent curled around the rose.
4. As a result, the government says the truce verification has been satisfactory. This was three days after num. 3.
Fernández de la Vega criticizes the demonstration to be held on June 10. She says there is no terrorism.
5. The terrorists threatened France and several entrepreneurs.
6. Fernández de la Vega says the truce is under scrutiny. Fernández Aguilar, the Justice Minister, seconds her.
A comment on the long black banner with crosses on the top. It was written on the other side as well. I remember one of the sentences read: “zETAp, your hands are stained with blood. 800 victims of ETA plus 192 of the 11-M”

Congratuation for this news.
Madrid bombings is not Alquaeda, it’s Spain terrorgate.
Zapatero is guilty.
Rafael:
No one can, at this stage, say that. We can assure he is not doing his best in investigating it and is doing his best in not letting it being cleared. But that can be because the results are not good for him politically speaking. It is not necessary a consequence of he being the culprit.
Communists and Socialists have never been above condoning using bombing and violence to further the cause (at least in the literature). Although until there is actual proof that someone in the Socialist party had involvement in the bombing, saying so makes you part of the tinfoil hat brigade.
Funny thing, here in the US there has been just about zero coverage of this major demonstration. I guess the demonstrators agenda doesn’t fit in with what the English speaking media considers “News”
There are 40 people indicted for the 11-M, out of whom 34 were informants to the security forces.
Lady Vorzheva to Rafael
I would say zETAp is doing his best for the truth not to be known.
Why cannot the results be good for him? What is he hiding?
Why is he trying to prevent the truth to be known? Does this have something to do with “political” convenience? So much for democracy. zETAp is at his business, his only interest being to stay in power at any rate, surrendering to terrorists, and we talking about if it is convenient or not for him. Is this convenient for Spain?
[...] So if you have a net to finance your activities then you are NOT for peace and for giving up your weapons. But that does not matter for the Government: Interior Minister Rubalcaba and Justice Minister López-Aguilar have said that this does not alter “the peace process”. Just as the demonstrations. [...]
The terrorists have been (and are) extorting any kind of people, buying weapons and stealing cars in France. They say that they have to live on something. Mind you.
And still the government says they are for peace, whereas their victims are troublemakers who don’t want peace.
In May, Le Vert, the French anti-terror judge, was about to catch the big fish of ETA when at a meeting. But, alas, the operation failed because somebody from Spain warned the terrorists not to attend the meeting.
Just two days ago, the police, following orders from Le Vert and Spanish judge Grande Marlaska, detained 12 terrorists. Would you think the government was glad because of this? They were on the verge of tears when they announce the detentions and said this was no obstacle for the “peace” process, whereas ETA said the detentions were too bad for the process.
Following this, ETA made a document public, to let us know that the Spaniards should vote for aETApé; that all the governments have fallen because they wanted to fight then; and that look and that Aznar had tried hard and look at what happened to him, the Madrid bombings. I don’t know if they meant that, because Aznar was fighting them, God punished him by killing 192 people.
Today I have heard that the ETA ‘puppies’ are at street terrorism in Guecho, Vizcaya. I bet this is no obstacle for the peace process either, as far as the government is concerned.
In my previous post, I forgot another point of the ETA's document. The terrorists also said that zETAp should meet his compromise of cease fire.
That is to say, it is not the terrorists but the government who has to declare the cease fire so accomplishing its commitments.
Ana: That information is in latest posts

AFTER THE MASSACRE
The video entitled “After the Massacre” recalls the impact that the terrorist attack of March 11th 2004 had on the Spanish electorate, including the two-day aftermath of intense agitation that followed, a campaign clearly aimed at influencing the public’s voting intentions. Produced by the FAES Foundation, the video lasts 14 minutes.

Just two days ago, zapatero’s terrorist friends attempted to torch two policemen in Bilbao. We had the beasts on the ropes. zapatero has given them new breath. The terrorists seem to be the rulers since they set the rules. Well, in any case, what’s the difference between the fool and Txeroki?
